Squirt Central American – A

Squirt 3 got the win over Tri-Valley 3-2.  Olivia Manchester played net for the 1st time & did a great job.  She had an amazing save at the end of the game that ensured the win.  Aidan Chane had 2 goals, Tyler Cullen scored, Tyler Shatford, Nolan LaBossiere & Annalise Reed all had 1 assist.

PeeWee South American – AAA

Saints PeeWee 1's won every period vs. Needham to secure a 5-0 victory Saturday afternoon in Lowell. Total team play was the theme in this one. Scoring broke down as follows: Stevie Birch lead the way with 2 goals and 1 assist. Matt DiPrizio, Mason Healey, Joey Carney each tallied one goal. Jon Last added 2 assists, Jared Tuccolo, Sebastian Farah, Michael Borrelli each had 1 assist a piece. Sound team defense contributed to Aleksei Lavrentyev notching his sixteenth shut out of the season. Way to go Aleksei! Shout out to Riley Nutter who left it all out on the ice today disrupting Needham at every turn.

Squirt Central American – A

Squirt 3 lost to Andover 3-2.  However, they played a great game.  Big improvement on the passing game.  Instead of just hitting the puck, they really focused on passing and connecting with each other.  Nolan LaBossiere & Kyle Whitley both scored.

PeeWee South American – AAA

Great two to one win for the Saints PeeWee 1's over #2 Stoneham Friday night in Woburn.  The Saints two goals came in the first period which was enough to secure the win.  Anthony Survilas scored with 8:27 left in the first assisted by Michael Borrelli.  Stevie Birch followed up with 6:40 left in the first assisted by Riley Nutter.  Goaltender Aleksei Lavrentyev turned in a solid performance between the pipes.

Bantam East American – AA

Bantam 1 3 Burlington Bantam AA 3Great comeback by the team to tie and special shout out to goalie Zack DeBay for saving the tie on a penalty shot with one minute left in the game!

PeeWee South American – AAA

The Saints Peewee 1's defeated Needham Peewee 1's Sunday afternoon in Tewksbury.  Needham went up 1-0 one minute into the first period.  However the Saints Joe Moore answered with a goal assisted by Jon Last with 5:09 to play in the first.  The Saints went on to score two more goals from Mason Healey unassisted and Matt DiPrizio from Jared Tuccolo.  Needham made it interesting in the third by scoring with 1:03 to play after pulling their goalie. Time simply ran out for Needham and the Saints skated off with the 3-2 victory.

Squirt South American – A

Squirt 2 picks up the win over Medford AA; it was a nice victory 4 - 2.  The team played exceptionally well, defense and the passing game.  Evan Jeffries picks up 2 goals and 2 assists, Colin Ross picks up a goal and an assist, Marcus Bellomo picks up a goal and Thomas Blake also picks up an assist. The team had a GREAT game. This is the type of playing we need to keep up to win in the playoffs.

Squirt Central American – A

Great team effort today by Squirt 3 defeating Stoneham 2-1.  They were aggressive and played well as a team.  Sydney Nutter scored the winning goal with 5 seconds left in the game.  Aidan Chane also scored & Tyler Cullen was solid in net.

PeeWee South American – AAA

The Saints PeeWee 1's beat the Avalanche 2-1 Saturday night in Methuen.  Jimmie Harootian scored two minutes into the first unassisted.  There was no scoring to be had by either club in the second.  Joey Carney scored in the third assisted by Anthony Survilas.  The Av's made it interesting by scoring with 1:36 in the third to make it 2-1.

PeeWee South American – AAA

Saints PeeWee 1's defeated the Maine Renegade PeeWee AAA's 3-2 Saturday afternoon in Haverhill.  The first period ended knotted at zeros.  The Renegades scored first with10:17 to go in the second, but the Saints Mason Healey answered with a "rooftop" goal to tie it at 1-1.  The Ren's regained the lead in the third only to have the Saints storm back to score two more to take the lead for good.  Anthony Survilas from Jim Harootian @6:13 and Jim Harootian (UA) @1:07.

“PLAYER OF THE WEEK”

NH Saints Hockey PeeWee

Ryan DeSimone

February, 2013 Ryan DeSimone received the "Player of the Week" Award from
Head Coach, Dan Molinari before the Windham/Pelham Varsity game.

“As you may know the Windham-Pelham High School Varsity Hockey program
recognizes NH Saints players for their hard work and good sportsmanship this
hockey season. They are the "Players of the Week".
“This is never easy to choose as I appreciate all the effort and commitment
our players give.”
“The coaching staff has nominated Ryan DeSimone for this award. I have pretty
much messed around with Ryan in having him fill multiple positions so far
this season. He never complains or questions. He just gives me the ok and
gives 100% at it. He will do whatever will help his team and is very
unselfish. Being a Pelham resident he may soon be a part of the Wolfpack
program.” Coach Mike

Congratulations from Saints Hockey on your Accomplishment
“Player of the Week” award from Head Coach, Dan Molinari.
The Wolfpack is a program consisting of Windham and Pelham High School
student athletes that are competing in NH Division 2 hockey
for the first time this year. I’m writing on behalf of the Windham
Pelham High School Varsity Hockey program to introduce a very exciting opportunity for you to recognize one of your players for
their hard work and good sportsmanship this hockey season.
Award winners (parents/coaches are also welcome) are requested to arrive 70 minutes before the game time with their game shirt
 (white), helmet, skates and gloves.  We’ll meet in the upstairs lobby of the iCenter to review the itinerary which includes;
-       meet the Wolfpack captains, coaching staff and players
-       tour our dedicated locker room/coaching area
-       help the managers in our game preparation (water, sticks, pucks to bench, etc)
-       listen to Coach Molinari’s pre-game chat
-       lead the Wolfpack onto the ice for warm ups,
-       receive their award and stand alongside a Captain for National Anthem.
Their teammates are welcome to come to the game free of charge, should they want to cheer them on when they are announced at ice level to receive their award.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 978-204-2437 Jerry Manchester. Beth Donovan  from our Boosters organization
is also helping me in this endeavor.
