Bantam 1 wins Gold Medal at Lake Placid

The Saints Bantam 1 team took the Gold Medal at Lake Placid over the weekend. The Saints went 4-0-1 in route to the Gold. They faced the Coastal Stars in the championship game after having tied them 2-2 earlier in the tournament. The championship game was back and forth until the Saints broke the tie with 6 minutes left in the second period and battled their way to a 5-3 victory after an open net goal with just 4 seconds remaining.
