Our web site now sports a new feature: an equipment exchange where you can post information about used hockey equipment that you would like to sell.

This area can also be used to post Lost & Found items.

Take note of the "Expires After" field when adding your item. Your item will automatically be deleted from the Exchange area after this date. Edit this date if you would like your posting listed for a longer period of time.

Please note that the exchange should only be used for listing your own used equipment; it is not to be used for non-hockey advertising or any for-profit ventures. Inappropriate listings will be immediately removed.

Also, please delete your posting if your item is sold before the posting's expiration date.

To access the exchange, click on the "Exchange" link on the menu at the left of theÂ Salem Youth Hockey home page.Â You can also see current Exchange items listed on the right side of the Salem Youth HockeyÂ home page.

Please note that the exchange should only be used for listing your own used equipment; it is not to be used for non-hockey advertising or any for-profit ventures.Â Inappropriate listings will be immediately removed.

About Adding New Items

Add your own listing by clicking the "Add New Item" button at the top of the page. This will bring up a simple form where you can enter information about your item and even an optional photo. After submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail with a key number you use to confirm your listing. Once confirmed, your item will be immediately added to the exchange. It's that simple and there's no waiting.

Later, if you'd like to make a change or delete the item after it's sold, you will be able to. Just click the Edit - or Delete - buttons that will appear next to your item. Note that these buttons will only appear next to items you've submitted and only when using your computer. No one else (except the web master) can edit or delete your submissions. Also note however, that submissions deemed to be inappropriate for this web site will be immediately removed.
